I told the Queen everything that happened and her first response was to try and suffocate me by hugging my face to her chest.

I noticed that the Queen seemed to be closing her eyes to concentrate so I guess the ring has not shown its full effects yet.

It took a minute before the Queen relaxed and a portal appeared in front of us.

I guess it must have taken her some time to locate them?

Mother patted me on the head, "So what brought you here, my little one?"

Right... I guess there's no easy way to say it so I guess I'll just tell them everything... Starting from the Vault I guess...

I didn't really go into detail but simply told them that the vault was broken into and the Queen and I realised there was another Off-Worlder in the capital city itself.

Then I got to the part about there being a bomb planted in Lisa's class and the air around us suddenly got colder.

"Mary?" Mother called out when I paused to shiver a little from the cold air.

The Head Maid immediately appeared beside us, "I am here, Madam."

"Go and find out. Now."

"Eh, wait, wait! We already caught the person who did it!" I called out, thinking that Mother was asking Mary to look for the perpetrator.

Mother hugged me even tighter to her, "My sweet child... I know. Mary, go."

The Head Maid bowed and disappeared through another portal without another word.

Justinia seemed to sigh a little before nodding at me, "Go on, Aster. What happened after that?"

I decided not to ask what Mother actually wanted Mary to find out and just continued recounting what happened.

I made sure to tell them how Lisa and I stopped the bomb from exploding before I went to find the Queen to see if there were any updates on the search.

Both of them listened intently as I told them about the bomb under the bed and how the Queen had intended it as a trap, which then led to our search for the Off-Worlder and the eventual fight with him before my meeting with the odd girl.

When I was done, both Mother and the King seemed to be in deep thought.

I waited patiently since I thought they might be just taking a moment to process what I told them.

The King looked at me, "You said that she called you a 'mortal'?"

I nodded, "I thought she might be one of the gods but... I didn't get the feeling from her."

"I see... So I assume that she might just be another Off-Worlder?"

"Queen Levianne said that it might just be someone with an overinflated sense of self worth though. Though admittedly, that means there's a high chance that she would be one."

"Hmm... And you said that she just left through a portal after burning the other Off-Worlder's body?"

I nodded again, "That's right... She just waved her hand at him and he burned up without even leaving ashes behind. Though... She did keep trying to take off my mask and I kept stopping her which she then eventually just left."

"Did she say anything else?"

"Umm... She only said that she needed to 'check on this' after she got kicked by my guard... Not sure what that means..."

Mother then pulled me in until my head was in between her boobs to stuff my face in between them.

"Oh my dearest child! How much you have suffered! Don't worry! Mama will make sure that nothing happens to you and that nasty woman wouldn't be able to do anything to you while you're here! Mama promises you!"
