Chapter 644: Dangerous But Free
Chapter 644: Dangerous But Free
Dahlia stared at Garion and Rachel for a long moment before finally opening her mouth. "So... Master, Miss Rachel..."
Garion looked at her. "Yeah?"
Dahlia pointed at both of them, her expression still a little stiff. "Both of you turned into Star Realm beings?"
Rachel smiled gently. "Yes."
Dahlia’s eyes narrowed. "How can it be so fast?"
Rovak nodded seriously from the side. "Yeah. That’s what I want to know too."
Dahlia continued looking at them carefully. "And not only that. Your bodies changed too much. Your face, hair, aura, body structure... everything feels different."
She crossed her arms and frowned. "If not for your voices and faces, I might’ve thought you were completely different people."
Garion and Rachel looked at each other.
Then both of them grinned.
Dahlia froze.
That grin alone already made her feel like she had guessed something troublesome.
"Wait..." Her eyes suddenly sharpened. "Is this the effect of that new cultivation method? Have you finally created the Star Realm Chapter?"
Garion rubbed his chin. "Sort of."
Dahlia’s eyes lit up. "Wow. So you succeeded?"
Rachel nodded softly. "Yes. But it’s not something that can be used casually."
Dahlia clearly wanted to ask more, but Garion suddenly turned toward Rovak. "Speaking of that, Rovak."
Rovak blinked. "Huh?"
Garion looked at him from head to toe. "I remember you’re currently at Peak Awakening Realm, right?"
Rovak nodded. "Yeah."
Garion’s eyes narrowed slightly. "Is it already the true limit of Peak Awakening, or are you only at the surface of it?"
Rovak grinned proudly. "Of course it’s the limit. My body, soul, and mana have already reached the peak. Right now, I’m just waiting to naturally break through with age."
Garion raised an eyebrow. "Naturally break through with age?"
Rovak nodded. "Yeah. For us Drakhor, once our bloodline matures enough, we naturally step into Star Realm."
Garion rubbed his chin. "So you don’t have any cultivation manual or method for breaking into Star Realm?"
Rovak scratched his head. "Not really."
Garion stared at him. "Not really?"
Rovak shrugged. "We Drakhor Race are different. We don’t really use complicated cultivation manuals like other races. Most of our power comes from brute strength, bloodline growth, battle, and physical tempering."
He tapped his own chest. "Our bodies are too different. Most outside manuals don’t affect us much, and some can even mess up our natural bloodline path. So our elders always tell us to train hard, fight hard, eat well, and let the bloodline mature."
Garion went silent.
Dahlia blinked. "That sounds very... you."
Rovak grinned. "Hahaha! Exactly!"
Garion slowly looked at Rovak.
Then he grinned.
Rovak’s laughter stopped for some reason.
That grin made his instincts scream. "Garion..."
Garion smiled brightly. "So, in other words, your body, soul, and mana are already at the limit of Peak Awakening."
Rovak frowned slightly. "Yeah..."
Garion continued, "And you don’t have a real method to break through except waiting for your bloodline to mature naturally."
Rovak’s expression became more cautious. "Yeah..."
Garion’s grin became even wider. "Perfect."
Rovak’s face stiffened. "Why did you say perfect?"
Dahlia slowly took one step back.
Rachel smiled gently but did not stop Garion.
Garion looked at Rovak like a merchant who had just found a customer willing to buy the most expensive item in the shop. "Rovak."
Rovak’s instincts screamed even louder. "Yeah?"
Garion pointed at him. "Do you want to become Star Realm?"
The entire training field went silent.
Rovak froze.
Dahlia’s eyes widened slightly.
Even Rachel looked at Garion with a faint smile, already understanding what he was planning.
Rovak stared at him. "What did you just say?"
Garion’s grin did not fade. "I said, do you want to become Star Realm? I have a method."
Rovak’s expression slowly changed. "You have... a method?"
Garion nodded casually. "Yeah."
Rovak frowned. "A real method?"
Garion spread his hands. "Of course. Do I look like someone who would lie about business?"
Dahlia immediately said, "Yes."
Rachel smiled. "A little."
Rovak nodded seriously. "You do."
Garion’s mouth twitched. "Hey, I said business, not everything else."
Then he coughed and quickly continued, "Anyway, yes. I have a method. It can help you break into Star Realm faster without waiting for your bloodline to mature naturally."
Rovak’s eyes sharpened. "What’s the price?"
Garion’s grin became brighter. "Normally? Very expensive."
Rovak’s face stiffened.
"But," Garion continued, raising one finger, "as God Gym’s first official customer, I’ll waive the fee for you."
Rovak blinked. "Waive?"
Garion nodded. "Free."
Rovak stared at him in disbelief.
Dahlia crossed her arms. "Master offering something free? That sounds even more dangerous."
Garion clicked his tongue. "It’s called customer appreciation."
Rachel smiled softly. "It is also because Rovak is a useful test subject."
Garion pointed at her. "That too."
Rovak’s mouth twitched. "You’re not even hiding it."
Garion laughed. "Why would I? You’re strong, your body is tough, your recovery is absurd, and you’re already at the limit of Peak Awakening. You’re basically perfect for the first trial."
Rovak frowned deeply.
Finally, he looked back at Garion. "Is it dangerous?"
Garion smiled honestly. "Yes."
Rovak narrowed his eyes. "How dangerous?"
Garion rubbed his chin. "Well..."
Dahlia interrupted, "If Master says it’s dangerous, then it’s probably insane."
Rachel nodded gently. "But it worked for us."
Rovak’s eyes moved to Garion and Rachel again.
Both of them had become Star Realm beings.
Rovak clenched his fists slowly.
For Drakhor people, waiting for their bloodline to mature was normal.
But even if he waited, it would still take a long time for his age.
And more than that, Rovak did not want to wait.
He wanted power now, especially since he had already reached the limit.
After a long silence, Rovak exhaled and grinned. "Fine then."
Garion’s eyes lit up.
Rovak slapped his chest. "I’ll try. After all, it’s still a long time before my bloodline matures naturally."
Garion laughed. "Good answer."
Then he turned toward Dahlia. "Dahlia, want to come?"
Dahlia’s grin instantly appeared. "Of course. You think I’d miss this?"
Garion nodded. "Good."
Then he looked around. "How about Giselle?"
A small voice suddenly came from behind them. "Heh. To think I was found out."
Everyone turned around.
Giselle appeared from behind a broken stone, standing with both hands behind her back and her chin proudly raised.
Her bright rose-pink eyes sparkled with interest. "Of course I want to see."
Rovak stared at her. "Were you hiding there the whole time?"
Giselle ignored the question and pointed at him. "After all, Rovak is our first customer bug."
Rovak immediately protested, "Hey! Don’t call me that. Just call me Rovak."
Giselle looked at him for a moment.
Then she nodded like a generous princess. "Fine then, Rovak."
Rovak sighed in relief.
Giselle smiled smugly. "Customer bug Rovak."
Rovak’s face stiffened. "That’s worse."
Dahlia burst out laughing.
Garion grinned and turned toward the hidden library. "All right then."
His eyes shone with excitement. "Let’s see if God Gym can create its first Star Realm customer."
