Chapter 389 - 388: First, Test With an Early Pregnancy Test

When she looked up to wipe her lips in the mirror, she saw Shen Chen standing beside her, his expression blank and his eyes alarmingly dark.

Xu Su froze for a second, then said sheepishly, "Did I ruin your appetite? I didn’t mean to. I think I’m just suffering from the summer heat a bit; nothing tastes good these days."

"Are you going to be sick again?" Shen Chen grabbed her arm. "If not, you’re coming with me to the hospital."

"Why go to the hospital?" Xu Su protested as he dragged her out. "I’m perfectly fine! I lose my appetite for a while every summer. It’s not a big deal."

This was the first time Shen Chen had ever ignored her. With a grim expression, he pulled her all the way to the car, pushed her into the passenger seat, quickly rounded the hood, and sat down in the driver’s seat, starting the engine immediately.

"Put on your seatbelt."
