"Bring it on," Rin grinned as she beckoned Nira.
Erix whistled and laughed as he looked at Rin's skill. "That's awesome, babe. What do you call it?"

"No problem at all," Erix grinned before his aura suddenly changed and dark purple glowing, flame-like trails manifested around him...and stuck on his body.
He soon transformed as those trails weaved a new kind of suit for him. It looked simple, yet as if it was a paradox.
The long robe-like suit with regal and majestic patterns appeared white-silver with golden and purple patterns at once, but it would strangely shift to black, red, and violet patterns smoothly.
"I call this skill as Acolyte of Soul Lord, and I think I outdid myself with this," Erix cracked a smirky smile, his eyes thrilled and ravening. "But I believe I have much to improve."
"Same," Rin grinned. "So let's start, Nira."
"Go all out," Erix smiled and gestured with his hand. "We won't die, don't worry."
"You are making me excited. It's not good, you know?" Nira smiled while biting her lower lip. "Now don't blame me if I accidentally kill you."
"Not bad for the first joke of the day," Erix laughed.
Rin chuckled and added, "There'll be more today."
"You two know how to get on someone's nerves, haha. I like it," Nira laughed as her aura burst out with more power than ever before.
She went all out, just as they wanted. A long black frock replaced her plain layered dress, while a snow-white scythe appeared in her hand.
The black dress had white-gold patterns and the white scythe had dark gold patterns. Her attire pulsed with numerous small, but main four powers boosted to extremes.
"Be careful," Nira uttered before her scythe released two shadows, both turning into strange 1-meter tall slender humanoids with blade-type hands with runes on them. They were utterly fast and swiftly slashed at Erix and Rin even before reaching them.
Although they were able to face off against Nira's attack onslaught with their supportive soul skills, which they made quite different than what Nira expected.
'Erix has a suit that has made him unable to be struck by physical or magic attacks. He has exposed himself to danger outward but enhanced his power of soul by risking this.
'That robe has a complex structure, probably to execute the skills he had created with this robe as a medium.'
'Meanwhile, Rin's defensive field is crazily strong. She will also last longer unless Erix shows what he can really do. He said he outdid himself, so he must have yet to show the full power. His soul energy reserve is still more than half like Rin, so they are equal in that.'
This onslaught was to test the limits of Erix and Rin. Even while defending, they had to improve their skills, modify their structures, make them efficient, and more powerful to defend against Nira's attack.
On the other hand, Rin and Erix were genuinely amazed at Nira's skill.
They just couldn't spare their thoughts on praising it in their current situation or they would've wanted to analyze her spears. Still, it gave them ideas as well.
Nira's spears were at the point of extremity in their effects. Each spear had a special category attack out of three different categories.
Soul Piercer, Soul Crusher, and Soul Torment.
These spears had these attacking impacts focused to the extreme.
If it was a spear with a Soul Piercer attack, Erix would need to throw a type of punch to defend and destroy its piercing impact, or the spear would pierce right to his soul and deal damage accordingly.
Its piercing was no joke. Even if it got a slight leeway or weakness from his punch, It could pierce right through his punch attack and continue toward his soul.
It was the same with Soul Crusher and Soul Torment effects.
But he had a very low cost for using his skill, along with an effect that if he destroyed any energy form with his Nihilir, his soul power would increase in exchange for him getting damaged by that destroyed energy.
He had no problem getting damaged because he would rarely be damaged. His offense was powerful enough, and he just had to weave it properly to combat.
On the other hand, Rin's Clock of Doom was another beast entirely as well.
